Key Personnel within NSM Research
Amanda Claesens, Research Director After graduating with a BSc in Business Studies and Social Policy, Amanda commenced her market research career in the telephone research unit at PAS. She joined NSM in 1996, quickly becoming a key account handler and taking the role of Research Director in 1998.
Kate King, Research Director Kate began her market research career with NSM after graduating with a BA in Business Studies and Sociology. Following a spell at Millward Brown, she returned to NSM as an Associate Director in 1999, taking the role of Research Director a year later.
Angela Reading, Production Director Angela worked for ten years in a variety of general management roles, gaining extensive experience in the data capture industry, before joining NSM in 1991. With internal responsibility for data preparation and production services, her leadership ensures that our company continues to enjoy success and sustained growth.
Sylvia Lee, Director After nine years with Nielsen Consumer Research, Sylvia left her position of Data Processing Manager in 1983. Following a two year spell with The Oxford Research Agency, she set up Microdat which led to the formation of NSM Research.
