The rising penetration of computers and the increased ability of users this method of research has become increasingly popular. NSM Research can offer any of the following elements of online data collection depending on your requirements:

• Survey design using SNAP software
• Web hosting of questionnaire
• Emailing questionnaire link to potential respondents (if required)

Online research is suited to most survey types, perhaps with the exception of NPD research and usage and attitude surveys which are possible but could be difficult.

Particular advantages include:

• Whilst not interviewed respondent is led through questionnaire
