Amanda Claesens, Research Director
A Business Studies graduate from Surrey Univeristy, Amanda has been with NSM since 1996. Two years later she became one of our Research Directors continuing to have day to day responsibility for a wide range of clients. Amanda has a particular specialism in telephone research.
Kate King, Research Director
Kate has over 10 years experience in the Market Research industry, beginning her career with NSM after graduating with a BA in Business Studies and Sociology. Following a spell at Millward Brown, she returned to NSM as an Associate Director in 1999, taking the role of Research Director a year later. Kate focuses on key account management, especially face to face projects.
Angela Reading, Production Director
Angela worked for ten years in a variety of general management roles, gaining extensive experience in the data capture industry, before joining NSM in 1991. With internal responsibility for data preparation and production services, her leadership ensures that our company continues to enjoy success and sustained growth.
Sylvia Lee, Director
After 10 years working in market research agencies Sylvia formed the data processing company, Microdat in 1985. Growth led to the full service research agency NSM in 1993. Sylvia is a full member of the MRS. She now focuses on strategy, HR and finance.
Jemma Smith, Senior Research Manager
Jemma has been with NSM since graduating from Ripon & York University in 1998. She began her career here as a data analyst, moving into her current client facing role, she now specialises in charity research and part-work surveys.
