Coding
Coding serves to allocate numerical values for the purpose of analysis. Codeframes are drawn up by examining a representative proportion of responses to ‘open’ questions.

The construction of codeframes and the coding function are performed by specialist teams, selected in accordance with the subject matter of the questionnaire and paying particular attention to the needs of an individual survey.

Alternatively, or in addition, verbatim responses may be provided to accompany analysis.

Data Entry
Data are entered directly from questionnaires into our survey analysis software, with interval verification. This method ensures both accuracy and speed.
