Employee Research - Location

Objective
Research was required to evaluate staff satisfaction amongst employees working within the Car Parks division of a city council.

Method
Face to face interviews were arranged at a central location with employees willing to take part. Areas of questioning focused on recognition, terms and conditions, communication, managerial effectiveness, training, safety and Trade Union activities.

Results
The results allowed the council to identify areas where employees were dissatisfied and the use of an outside agency maintained the anonymity of individuals. Open questions allowed employees to detail the reasons behind their opinions, providing further insight to our client.
